Basic Mayonnaise

1 large egg
3 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/8 tsp. ground white pepper
20 Fluid Ounces grapeseed oil

Add all ingredients EXCEPT oil to food processor

Puree for 30 seconds

While food processor is running, add a few drops of oil to the mixture to form an emulsion

Once the emulsion is formed, drizzle in the remaining oil, taste for seasoning

*you can use any neutral flavored oil as a base (Canola for example)
